By hiring Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators or Presenter with Crowd Gatherers you can expect 200% – 400% increase in leads.

We like to create a very welcoming atmosphere in our booth. What type of talent should we hire?

Front desk Hostesses or Hospitality Hostesses are perfectly suited for this task. Clients feel at easy by being welcomed by pleasant and knowledgeable Hostesses. We find warmth and appropriate humor a great way to make people feel at ease.

I need to leave some of my sales people in the field but I fear that my booth will be understaffed. What should I do?

Product Demonstrators / Sales Assistants are the perfect solution.

How do I train my talent?

95% of the time our talent self-studies the information the client emails and is ready to go. Most clients also like to brief their talent at the booth for 15-60 minutes prior to show start. For clients with complex products / technologies a WebEx/Skype training or half-day onsite training is recommended. More training can be arranged however is not common.

How much in advance should I book my talent?

For big shows with 50,000+ attendees like CES, IBS, WOC, NAB, OTC, E3, InfoComm, VMworld, IBC, G2E, NBAA, etc it is best to book talent as far as 6 months in advance to ensure you have the best options. For medium size and small shows booking your talent 3 months in advance is the ideal time.

My show starts in a week. Is it too late to book my talent?

Booking talent a week before the show is cutting it close but we should be able to make it happen for you as long as you are prompt with your communication in the process.
